Legal Action Towards The Proposed Highway
July 2023 - Four Petaling Jaya residents obtained civil court leave to commence a judicial review over the authorities’ alleged refusal to hand over the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and other documents linked to the controversial proposed Petaling Jaya Dispersal Link (PJD Link) highway.
The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has since allowed the judicial review to proceed by the above residents.

The Persatuan Lestari Petaling Jaya / Sustainable Petaling Jaya Association (SPJA) is involved in the legal & advocacy work, related to the judicial review towards the PJD Link Highway. More information about the SPJA can be found below.
