  • Increased sound and air pollution to Desa Kiara, Casa Damansara, Ken Damansara condos, Seksyen 17 and Seksyen 17A
  • Elevated highway likely to obscure Oval Damansara, Damansara Intan, 3Damansara mall, and may complicate access 
  • Highway that is at the same level as certain floors of condos being Tropicana Miyu and The Hub.

  • Residents in Millennium Square may have their view severely impacted

  • Apartment blocks along Persiaran Kinrara (e.g. Sri Sunway, Daisy Apartment) may have the highway pass very close to them and may be affected in the same way
  • Numerous matured trees along both sides of Persiaran Kinrara may be removed for the highway construction

Taman Kinrara 2 & 3, Kompleks Suria Kinrara

  • Residents in the Kompleks Suria Kinrara blocks facing Persiaran Kinrara may be facing the highway and may be affected by noise, dust and pollution
  • Vista Lavender Apartment dwellers may also be similarly affected due to its close proximity to the highway

Jalan Puchong, TUDM Kinrara

Key impacts to this area include:
  • Houses along Jalan TK/7 may be affected by the highway directly behind their houses. As these houses are old, they may be significantly damaged by the construction activities.
  • Jalan Kinrara 1 may be turned into a major ramp for the highway and may bring noise, dust and pollution to houses beside this highway
  • Numerous matured trees along both sides of Jalan Kinrara 1 may be removed during construction

  • Residents of houses on both sides of Jalan Kinrara 1, at Bandar Kinrara 1 and 2, may be affected by the highway
  • The open spaces/fields beside Jalan Kinrara 1 and Jalan Kinrara 2 just before the junction with Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil may be less conducive for recreation once the highway is completed due to increased noise, dust & pollution
